This is notably quicker than traditional metal braces, which often require around two years of treatment followed by continuous retainer usage.

While you may experience some initial discomfort or pressure when starting a new set of aligners, it is generally mild and temporary. As your teeth adjust to the aligners, any discomfort typically subsides.

For optimal results, it’s recommended to wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking (except water), brushing, and flossing.

To keep your aligners clean and clear, rinse them with lukewarm water regularly and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush. Avoid exposing them to hot water or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the aligners.
